Using Lazesoft Recovery

Tips

• If you are using the Home Edition of Lazesoft Recovery, you will only be able to reset passwords for local user accounts. You cannot reset passwords for Microsoft accounts with the Home Edition.
• If you are using the Professional Edition of Lazesoft Recovery, you will be able to reset passwords for both local user accounts and Microsoft accounts.
• If you are having trouble resetting a password, you can try using a different boot disk or USB drive. You can also try booting your computer in Safe Mode with Networking.
